DPD Predict & Delivery Tracking
Our courier, DPD, have an industry leading parcel predict and tracking service which enables you to track the status of your delivery all the way down to the final 15 minutes it is scheduled to be delivered.
If you provide us with a mobile number when you checkout, DPD will text message you with a 1-hour delivery window.
If this delivery window is not convenient, DPD provide a range of 'in-flight' options including:

The delivery charge quoted will be for a door to door service only. For an additional cost we are able to offer an extra service for larger items delivered where our courier will be happy to offer further assistance and remove any pallet(s) if required.
Can I track my order?
We do not provide a tracking number with your orders, however if you have provided a mobile phone number, DPD may text you on the day of delivery with a two-hour time slot.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Our courier will require a signature on delivery of your order. If you are not in, they will leave a note and try to leave the order with a neighbour.
Special Delivery/Order Instructions
If you have any special instructions, such as who to leave the parcel with, or a required delivery date. Please include them in the 'special instructions' area at the checkout and we will do our best to accomodate them.

Please do not send cash through the post. Cheques must be supported by a cheque card number on the reverse - your order will be released upon clearance. Please allow 3-5 days for cheque clearance.
